This four-week program aims to bring awareness to your current state of being.
It teaches new tools (i.e. mindfulness, meditation, art/sound expression) for how to be with your thoughts and breaths differently with the goals of changing how you perform your daily activities and improving your long-term health and even life expectancy!
Each week will include group discussion, education and an experiential component
Dates: March 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th
Location: Wellington Chiropractic & Wellness Group, 12 Waterloo Avenue, Guelph
Time: 6:45pm to 9:30pm
Cost: $99 plus HST

Being with ourselves differently: A Mindfulness-based approach to healing!
A bit more about each week of the program:
Week 1 – Bringing awareness to your current state of being – how you think and breathe. This week introduces being present with your daily tasks through thoughts and breath (including mindful eating and positive self talk techniques).
Week 2 – Introduction of positive affirmation exercises that incorporate some of the breath work and positive self talk from the week prior.
Week 3 – Working with other mindful techniques that include walking meditations and ritual exercises.
Week 4 – Introduction of sound/music and other meditation and art techniques that will promote grounding and connection.
