How often do you take a pause to check in with how you are feeling? The way we are set up in North America, we go from one thing to the next, to the next, to the next, next, next…without any awareness of how we are feeling, what we may need, do we need a break, pause, glass of water…a nap?

This meditation was created in hopes to provide space to ask:

How am I feeling physically in this moment?

How am I feeling emotionally in this moment?

How am I feeling spiritually in this moment?
